Day One
The first day kicks off with coffee, networking, and the opening of Exhibit Hall. The marquee session in the morning is the International Forum, alongside bootcamps and workshops led by global experts, offering a range of deep dives and interactive sessions (details and registration coming soon). In the afternoon, programming expands with the 4th Annual Startup Pitch Competition, showcasing next-gen ventures at the convergence of quantum and AI. The day concludes with an invitation-only VIP International Dinner.

Day two: Plenary & Tracks
Day two kicks-off with coffee and networking, with a parallel hosted invite-only VIP breakfast. The morning plenary sessions honor breakthrough achievements with keynotes from global industry, academia, and government leaders. The celebration of the International Year of Quantum, 2nd Quantum Leadership Awards, and recognition of Global Industry Challenge winners amplify the global scope of the event. Afternoon sessions breakout into themed talks and panels across tracks covering Market Acceleration, Industry Advancement, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Government & Security (2024 recap). The day is caped off with by bringing the community back together for a rooftop networking reception.

The final day begins with coffee and networking, with a second hosted invite-only VIP breakfast. The morning opens up with plenary talks and keynotes from industry, academia, and government. A special Women Pioneers in Quantum Lunch highlights leadership and inclusion across the field. In the afternoon, breakout sessions return to thematic tracks, Market Acceleration, Industry Advancement, The Innovation & Entrepreneurship, and Government & Security. A marquee main stage session is the National Quantum Updates, delivered by global country leaders. Quantum World Congress 2025 wraps with a celebratory cocktail-style Closing Reception, creating space for reflection and next steps leading up to QWC 2026.
