Bootcamp: The Quantum Pipeline: Concept to Code
HOsted by:
Connected DMV and qBraid
An introductory program designed to transform students into quantum computing pioneers.
The Quantum Pipeline takes students on a journey from initial idea to a working quantum algorithm. Over the course of this bootcamp, participants will learn to use real-world problems suitable for quantum solutions, design and develop quantum algorithms from scratch, and implement their code on actual quantum computers or simulators. Students will master the fundamentals through hands-on use cases that bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications, following the proven framework used in competitive quantum computing challenges. Perfect for: Students with strong math/science backgrounds who are ready to dive into the cutting-edge world of quantum computing. Outcome: Students graduate with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to contribute to quantum research projects.
The bootcamp uses the International Year of Quantum: Global Industry Challenge as a model, and students learn the complete process from problem identification to executing code on quantum computers and simulators. The competition was developed and hosted by Connected DMV, alongside platform providers qBraid and Aqora, and industry use case providers The World Bank, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, MITRE, and NeuroQuantum Nexus.
